The interface

Brownian is a software interface built on Orderly infrastructure. Orderly provides the underlying trading infrastructure under its own terms. The Brownian interface does not ask for or store your wallet seed phrase or private keys.

Eligibility

Use the interface only if you are old enough and legally able to use the relevant services where you are located. You are responsible for checking the laws and provider restrictions that apply to you.

Your wallet and account

You control your wallet, private keys, devices, and account activity. Keep them secure. Transactions signed through your wallet may be irreversible, and Brownian cannot recover keys, reverse trades, or restore assets sent to the wrong address.

Trading

Perpetual futures are leveraged products. Prices can move quickly, available margin can fall, and positions may be liquidated. You may lose some or all of the funds committed to your trading account. Review the risk disclosure before trading.

Points

Brownie Points are participation scores used in Brownian's points program. They are not transferable and cannot be sold. Points convert to $BRO at TGE, targeted no later than Q4 2026, with final timing subject to market conditions; the exact conversion method is published at token launch. A Brownie Points balance does not guarantee cash value before conversion. Program rules, eligibility, calculations, timing, and availability can change prospectively; changes are published before they take effect, and finalized weekly results stay locked.

Points also determine allocation under the Win $1,000,000 trading rewards campaign, which has its own terms.

Prohibited use

• Do not use the interface for unlawful activity, fraud, market manipulation, or sanctions evasion.
• Do not interfere with the interface, exploit errors, introduce malicious code, or disrupt other users.
• Do not bypass access controls or conceal information to use a service that is unavailable to you.

Availability and changes

The interface may be changed, paused, or withdrawn. Markets, networks, wallets, APIs, and other provider services may be unavailable or delayed. Access is provided on an as-available basis without a promise that every feature will remain uninterrupted or error free.

No advice

Nothing on the interface is financial, investment, legal, or tax advice. Market data, Points, rankings, and other information may be delayed or incomplete. You make each trading and wallet decision at your own risk.
