Privacy notice

This page is a general summary of information that may be processed by the Brownian interface and connected providers. It is not a substitute for the privacy notices of Orderly, wallets, networks, or other services you use.

Last updated July 12, 2026

Information processed

  • Wallet addresses, network details, public transaction data, signatures, and account identifiers needed to connect with Orderly.
  • Browser, device, IP address, language, route, referral, error, and security data that Orderly or other providers may process.
  • Preferences stored in your browser, such as wallet and trading-layout settings.

How information is used

The interface uses information needed to connect your wallet, route requests to Orderly, display account and Points data, and keep the service working. Providers may use information for their own operational, security, compliance, and measurement purposes under their privacy notices.

Public blockchain data

Wallet addresses and transactions recorded on a public blockchain can be viewed by anyone and may remain public permanently. A wallet address is not necessarily anonymous and can sometimes be linked to other activity or information.

Service providers

The Brownian interface uses Orderly and other providers for wallet, trading, market-data, hosting, and network functions. Those providers may process more information than this interface does under their own privacy notices.

Browser storage

The interface and embedded providers may use local storage, cookies, or similar browser features for wallet connections, preferences, security, and measurement. You can clear or block browser storage, but parts of the interface may stop working as expected.

Retention and security

Brownian does not set retention periods for Orderly or other providers. Providers describe their retention and security practices in their own notices. No internet, wallet, or blockchain system can be guaranteed secure.

Your choices

You can choose not to connect a wallet, disconnect it, clear local storage, or stop using the interface. Browser and wallet settings may offer more controls. Public blockchain records cannot be deleted through Brownian.

Updates

This notice may change when the interface, data practices, or providers change. The date above shows the latest revision.
